I purchased a vehicle from Inspector Car Zambezi, Wonderboom. The salesman's name is Wouter Heijmans. The dealership did not discuss with me that i have to do my own license and number plates. I took delivery of the car 18/12/2017. The car was only registered in January 2018. I received the registration from the dealership, but no road worthy pass. I did not understand that they did not do the license and number plates as well.( this was not discussed) So I did the license and number plates and the bill came out to R1500. I have been contacting the dealership and salesman since then and I have not received feedback with regards to the penalty being so big on the car. Wouter insisted that the penalty was on my name, and I kept explaining that if there was a penalty on my name the license I would not be able to get my license disc. It has come to a situation now where he completely ignores my messages and calls. Every time I phone the dealer the manager is not available. I would like a full reimbur*****t for the headaches and trouble I have had to go through just to get my license and number plates sorted out. This is unacceptable service. If I do not get my full reimbur*****t of R1500. As per the CPA I dont have the car a full 3 months, I am returning the car and purchasing another vehicle. I have never been so insulted in my life. I am 35 years and have been treated like a 12 year old. I feel very prejudiced, is it because I am female and an Indian, so it is assumed that I do not know anything. And to top it all, the car was advertised for R234 000, the total I am paying is R270 000, and they did not even do my license and number plates. I have a 2013 year model Audi A3 TFSI Sportback, with 108 000km on the clock. Has inspector car sold me a car with making more than 10% commission? Well Ombudsman here I come if this is not sorted out in the next 2 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wrote a review last week with regards to the problem i am experiencing with Vodacom. I have still not received feedback. I dont know where my phone is and what is the next step. I am using somebody elses phone because i do not have a phone. The service is patetic.

The only resolution i have niw is to g to the ombudsman if i do not receive a satisfactory answer.

The job number is ********** 8.

Regards

Roxane

********** 332

I upgraded my contract on the 28/05/2016. I got a galaxy S7, i had problems with the battery life, took it in and booked it in as an OBF. They came back saying there is nothing wrong with the battery, i escalated, they took the phone back in, and after back and forth emails with repairs they replaced the phone. They gave me another S7 i than experienced the same problem with the new phone, booked it in as an OBF again, they have now come back and said there is nothing wrong with the phone, I escalated this to Vodacom escalations explaining that i do not want he same phone i want to change my contract and get a completely different name brand phone. They are now insisting that i must use the phone and if i experience the same problem i must bring it back in.

How does this even make logical sense, of course i am going to experience the same problem with the phone if it hasnt been fixed .

the problem im having with the battery is, i charge it at 100% , i am not allowed to use my phone at work, so i have no apps running nor am i using the phone to make calls, or using whatsapp or checking my emails, the phone is dormant the whole and by the end of the day the battery is on 28%, that is not normal.

How can i use a phone like that and they are saying that there is nothing wrong with the phone!

firstly i was within the 7 day return policy if i was not happy with the phone. I asked for a totally different name brand phone. I currently have an Xperia Z1 compact and never experienced such problems.

the service i received is absolutleyy horriffic, its like a nightmare. Where is the 28/05/2016 and where is the 01/07/2016 and i still dont have a phone.

i phone the call centre they say im entitled to a new phone, when i go to the vodacomshop they say they have to follow procedure, they say they have to book the phone in and then they can make a decision if they can give me a new phone but there is still no joy.

is there no one that can help me with this query, i mean i get an email form the vodacom escaltions and she signs the email off as "granny", no contact details no last name nothing at all. How un professional is this.

every person you speak to at vodacom from the shop manager to the call centre to the vodacom repairs to the vodacom escalations, they all have a different story and all they can say is they dont know. There is no urgency to assure the customer is happy.

the branches iam experiencing aproblem with,

the vodacom shop in campus square

the vodacms shop on main street, johannesburg, cbd

the vodacom call centre

the vodacom repairs centre

the vodacom escalations

i am changing my cell phone network after this experience.
