Blatant scammers!!!
I am afraid one star is much too much to rate these thieves! On the 27th of June, I paid R2850 for 3 tickets South Africa v England 3rd T20 in Centurion (16th February 2020) for my friends visiting from Britain. On the 27th of November, I got an e-mail from Francois Van Maas (Customer Support Specialist, hahaha!) assuring that tickets would be delivered on time. Needless to say, they never arrived... to the bitter disappointment of my friends. Instaticket never replied to my 3 e-mails and there is no phone number to contact them. The most surprising thing is they keep operating with impunity and stealing in broad daylight. Disgusting that they use "Proudly South African" logo!

Instaticket suck as a company
Still waiting for any response from this company regarding the Test Match Tickets for the SA v England cricket match at Newlands. Paid for Oak Grass tickets and got Rail end tickets which were a lot cheaper. My clients were not happy with this expereince. Instaticket sucks and no one should purchase tickets from them. They are totally unreliable and unresponse - not even a simple apology!

Firstly - if there were NIL or Negative stars then that would have been my rating. These people are simply THIEVES. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. BUY YOUR TICKETS FROM THE PREFERRED AGENT, TICKETPRO In July 2019 we purchased tickets from them for the SA v England cricket series in February 2020. Despite many subsequent emailed enquiries (there is no telephone number for them) we have never received tickets for any of the matches. Had it not been for the intervention of the wonderful people at Kingsmead Stadium, Durban, who very kindly gave us complimentaries for the matches that we could demonstrate having "puchased" tickets, we would have flown over 9,000km from UK to SA to see nothing!!

Instaticket - not 100% SCAM just a badly run , secret , no contact , no address BUSINESS
After writing that they are a scam and should be avoided like the plague episode 2 follows now : Having tried every link on their website (they are dud links that go nowhere and also the co has no physical contact number nor address .....only email to send to which does NOT get answered ever ) on Friday of the match at 12h30 the three tickets (bought for R7000 each were delivered with FACE VALUE of R1500 each) The courier was abrupt and rude and take it or leave it attitude no discussion about the fact that no one could be reached and everyone had resolved that the money was scammed and no tickets would be forthcoming. So they did deliver 5 hours before the match in Cape Town. I would however never recommend to anyone to use them - I am also concerned that the COMPUTICKET tickets were already PRINTED OUT on 3 / 9 / 2019 and issued to SOZALA Media Pty Ltd who got tickets and speculated with them - I believe the organisers and Computicket should NOT allow this company to ever buy event tickets again as they obviously resellers. SO STILL ZERO RATING to INSTATICKET but just a badly business exploiting people and with BAD COMMUNICATIONS (not 100% SCAM as tickets were delivered in time) The parents who were going had to hurry to get organised and get there - DONT DO INSTATICKETS EVER

INSTATICKET SCAM COMPANY - BEWARE
My mother in law's sister bought three tickets last year to treat her sister for her 80th birthday and paid R21 000 for three tickets --- obviously willing buyer seller ---- but now 3 days before the event and with 100 emails sent NO REPSONSE , NO TICKETS , NO ADDRESS and HUGE disappointment - ABSOLUTE SCAM - CRIMINAL to see this first hand - NO ADDRESS on WEB SITE and it is a co.za WEBSITE - how to charge these people and report them ? Theft of R21 000. Any solution or contact number , name of directors ???

Scammers and fraudsters. We bought tickets for the cricket at Newlands today. On arrival at the grounds we were informed that the tickets we had purchased from instaticket were fake. We are going to do a chargeback via our credit card. Do not use instaticket South Africa. They are scammers and fraudsters.
