I have tried over a few months all platforms and ultimately every time sent an email to Eskom Western Cape trying my damndest to update my email address as i cant access my old email and therefore can access eskom AND dont receive my monthly BILL !!! I get a polite reply every month and its now month 12 …..they havent updated my email address and I still dont a year or two later receive my account……i am blindly paying an amount but i think it is shocking that you cant call anyone and get looped on a machine and then when email is sent NO response or call or further email is done! come on please !!!!!
From the first contact for info to quotation Clyde and Mike in this business responded and informed and delivered as promised - great quality very well maintained equipment and vehicles for overland and camping - have only good words and highest recommendation on this group of tourism enablers - we rented two TOYOTA 4x4 campers and travelled 3000+ kms without a hitch of any kind - well thjought out and equipped and nothing we needed was not IN THIS vehicle - HIGHLY RATED !!!
Vodacom has frustrated me in trying to change my contract - worse they took months to tell me that the email system has stopped sending me emails as my email address is only two letters and the system wont send email to these addresses - kept being R18 or R100 in arrears and never received accounts in the last year after 27 years as client. CRAXY THEY CANT SEND EMAIL to xy@bbbbb.co.za - imagine that. Then in the time of trying to get the account sorted and email and upgrade change to red package they started charging me R500 per month more as some discount promotion on contract was only for 24 months. I thought it was a discount because I hadn't taken a handset - now they wont refund or credit my account the outstanding amount and says it is my problem. NOT HAPPY!
After writing that they are a scam and should be avoided like the plague episode 2 follows now : Having tried every link on their website (they are dud links that go nowhere and also the co has no physical contact number nor address .....only email to send to which does NOT get answered ever ) on Friday of the match at 12h30 the three tickets (bought for R7000 each were delivered with FACE VALUE of R1500 each) The courier was abrupt and rude and take it or leave it attitude no discussion about the fact that no one could be reached and everyone had resolved that the money was scammed and no tickets would be forthcoming. So they did deliver 5 hours before the match in Cape Town. I would however never recommend to anyone to use them - I am also concerned that the COMPUTICKET tickets were already PRINTED OUT on 3 / 9 / 2019 and issued to SOZALA Media Pty Ltd who got tickets and speculated with them - I believe the organisers and Computicket should NOT allow this company to ever buy event tickets again as they obviously resellers. SO STILL ZERO RATING to INSTATICKET but just a badly business exploiting people and with BAD COMMUNICATIONS (not 100% SCAM as tickets were delivered in time) The parents who were going had to hurry to get organised and get there - DONT DO INSTATICKETS EVER
My mother in law's sister bought three tickets last year to treat her sister for her 80th birthday and paid R21 000 for three tickets --- obviously willing buyer seller ---- but now 3 days before the event and with 100 emails sent NO REPSONSE , NO TICKETS , NO ADDRESS and HUGE disappointment - ABSOLUTE SCAM - CRIMINAL to see this first hand - NO ADDRESS on WEB SITE and it is a co.za WEBSITE - how to charge these people and report them ? Theft of R21 000. Any solution or contact number , name of directors ???
<p>I upgraded my Phone from iPhone 6 to 7 in the month it came up and all went well. Been a happy customer since 1994 (mostly). My February account had my LINE rental on for February but then my NEXT INVOICE IN MARCH again had LINE RENTAL and DATA on for February AND then for MARCH. I have been double invoiced for February on two different INVOICES - having spent an hour on the phone 10 days ago it finally was agreed with the 3rd person spoken to that it was indeed an error. He was going to send me a corrected statement and resolve it. (I have two reference numbers for call logged) HOWEVER the next invoice arrived and STATEMENT and SHOWS my SHORT PAYMENT as still outstanding - when I went to the local VODACOM shop they have others with same issue and tried to assist by calling VODACOM - the phone was put down in the ladies ear. I have tried calling today and told lines over full and log onto website or "basically " DONT CALL US WE MIGHT CALL YOU. How do I get to speak to someone who will resolve this clearly made easy to see MISTAKE ? </p>
<p>We booked early for 8 people (incl some very young kids) to travel to Lanseria from CAPE TOWN. Our travel plans from Lanseria involve a distance to drive so we chose MANGO based on their SCHEDULE. This flight was DELETED or changed and we were re scheduled BY SMS to a flight 5 HOURS LATER - when calling they won't assist as the flight 2 hours later than our own has less than 8 seats and then won't even try to see if another 2 seats could be found to accomodate us. Even trying to just ask that we be seated together (kids are under 10 years old) met with R55 per seat FIRST or refund of tickets - NOWHERE considering that our weekend away and DRIVE to MPUMALANGA is being affected BADLY- surely someone senior could help ? Or offer an earlier flight closer to our departure ??? Not impressed - regular MANGO and KULULA passenger </p>
