outstanding service
HUGE thanks to Clive and Rob for being so willing to assist when my mom and Aunt found themselves stranded in Kgalagadi without a functional vehicle. Your proactiveness and can do attitude was so refreshing!

Great 4x4 rental experience
We planned a road trip through Botswana and Bushlore provided us with the perfect vehicle, kitted out to our exact needs for the trip. The booking process was quick and easy, which gave us the peace of mind we needed for the trip ahead. Will definitely use Bushlore for our next adventure.

Great 4x4 rental experience

BUSHLORE AFRICA BRILLIANT PRODUCT RESPONSE AND SERVICE
From the first contact for info to quotation Clyde and Mike in this business responded and informed and delivered as promised - great quality very well maintained equipment and vehicles for overland and camping - have only good words and highest recommendation on this group of tourism enablers - we rented two TOYOTA 4x4 campers and travelled 3000+ kms without a hitch of any kind - well thjought out and equipped and nothing we needed was not IN THIS vehicle - HIGHLY RATED !!!

Best 4X4 hiring company in Southern Africa
Afrikaya had one of the best experiences of client and vehicle services in Southern Africa with Bushlore. Anywhere, anytime no matter which country you from, they provided Afrikaya and our clients with so much respect and if something goes wrong either your fault or the vehicles they were always there to help and assist no matter how they will solve the problem. Explaining equipment, roads, vehicles, and countries, they are willing to go the extra mile!!!

Bushlore rubbish
These guys are racist I booked a vehicle through drive South Africa I was told the booking is confirmed and even paid the money they wanted and on the same day when I had sent my passport I was told the vehicle does not go to Botswana Zimbabwe and Zambia but white colleagues booked in the same way and was referred by them only to be declined and start waiting for My money

Bushlore rubbish

African 4x4 Rental goes sour
Picked up 4x4 rental in Maun. Vehicle was in bad state with number of things broken (detailed below). <br> <br> There was a punctured spare tyre which meant we had to drive around Maun looking for a replacement - wasting crucial rental time. The handbrake hardly worked. There was no torch with the vehicle, the following were broken, lantern, the zips on the mosquito net, the rubber mats and a zip on a sleeping bag. <br> <br> However, our biggest disgruntlement is with three things:<br> <br> First - we thought we had ordered a satellite phone for the vehicle after Bushlore recommended it. We hadn't but when we complained they retaliated rather than explaining politely there was a miscommunication. <br> <br> Second, from the very first day of rental, we had a rat eat our food, our zipper on our travel suitcase and our clothes. Bushlore head office denied any liability for this despite the guys on the ground admitting that a rat may have got into the vehicle in their storage facility. We have lost significant money replacing bag and clothes, and then there is the food.<br> <br> Lastly, they tried to blame an issue with the clutch plate on us as part of retaliation. They dropped this quickly showing there was no merit.
