We were very pleasantly surprised when Ticketmaster recently changed our booking for We Will Rock You, pushing it out a week to allow a member of our party who had been hospitalised to join us, and even phoning to check how the patient was! Shocking lack of customer service. Booked flights for 6 people in March to fly Sept. Since then we have had weekly changes from the airline to the flights, to the extent that the first leg of the flight now lands after the connecting flight has left. have been trying without any success to reach someone to change the booking - has an online interface which does not recognise the flight booking number provided on the booking form (!) and hence cannot be used, and a whatsapp platform which is bot based and totally user unfriendly - finally reached a 'virtual assistant' who had long delays in communication and finally terminated the call without resolution. IMPOSSIBLE AND UNACCEPTABLE.
I purchased a dell computer from Incredible Connection Cavendish ( IC) with the understanding that should anything go wrong the matter would be attended to at my office/home and that there was a fully repairing or replacement guarantee. The HDMI port is faulty, Dell international were proactive and happy to replace, but IC again dragging their feet. First were unable (or unwilling) to provide a legible copy of the receipt (the very faded one was not first choice of Dell Int, but once they realised how unlikely getting anything from their local supplier was they processed the claim without this). Not IC note that the computer model is no longer available, and that i have to pay IN another R3000, plus bring the laptop to the store. Oh, and any rebuild or save and restore of information and configuration is for my account. I spent R16,000 on what was intended to be a functional computer - i require the same. IC are not responding to any emails.
