The ICB have good people who work there the system for online and distance learning is not efficient fair or even transparent concerning the actual examination sitting and results. I was given a no sitting for my first attempt due to an upload error that couldn't be rectified. You cannot contact them at all directly telephonically. I re-registered for my second examination sitting and was disqualified for reasons NOT provided. No exam results given no communication given for the results. I had to ask what was going on? I've never written an online exam before and didn't even receive a courtesy mail or results? It's R850 a time how can you not prove that the exam was even marked? What are we paying for. I Regrettably have to confess it does feel like ****. You will most likely have to write more than once. I have already obtained a Degree in Financial Accounts in 2004 and am 40 years old. I had a 92% average on my portfolio but cant pass this examination because its a broken system. ICB sort your service out. It is not ok to take the finances of these young and economically vulnerable students in the claim that your honoring the service of an integral profession. The experience is frustrating in my opinion go to to a college or study through SAICA instead.
