A couple of months ago, I called InsureAfrica to cancel my policy. The agent promised to do so.
This week I had a look at my Bank Statement and I realized that my policy has not been cancelled and InsureAfrica has been debitting money from my account every month.
So yesterday, I called them again and they promised to send me a letter of cancellation COB yesterday. I waited and waited and that did not happen.
This morning I sent them an email regarding this and I am yet to receive a response.
Is there a way to take this complaint further as I this is just so unfair.
