I am extremely disappointed with the level of service received from Intec College. I have been sending daily emails requesting a simple statement, but no one has had the decency to respond.
Initially, the student portal was not working for quite some time, which already caused unnecessary delays. Now that I am prepared to settle my account, I am being given the runaround for something as minor as a statement.
I have contacted multiple people, including Deelena Ramnath (Head of Collections) at deelena.ramnath@educor.co.za , and Oveshni Kanavathy at Oveshni.Kanavathy@ncra.co.za , yet neither have been helpful. As a General Manager myself, I find this level of incompetence and lack of accountability completely unacceptable for an institution of this size.
