I am requesting your assistance regarding a prolonged issue I have been experiencing with Intec College, which has been extremely frustrating and stressful.
Since 2024, I have been trying to cancel my enrollment. I was instructed to appeal and submit certain documents, which I did, but I never received a response. Despite multiple follow-ups and phone calls, there has been no resolution.
I eventually decided to pay off the account. However, obtaining my paid-up letter was another challenge I had to call and remind them several times before finally receiving it.
Today, when I contacted the college to confirm whether my account details had been updated to reflect the payment, the staff member in the Accounts Department informed me that she was not sure how that process is done.
I also contacted Experian, and they confirmed that they cannot update anything from their side unless they receive the necessary information from Intec College. Unfortunately, the college has not yet submitted any updates.
This situation has left me in a difficult position, and I urgently require your intervention to ensure that Intec College properly updates my account with Experian to reflect that it has been fully paid.
