I ordered items off their website and paid for them. I never received a confirmation email or reference number. I have tried to contact them without success. This is a **** do not purchase from them.

They took my money 1 week ago & have made ZERO contact with me!!! NOTHING! No email or phone call. The cellphone number on the website only rings & nobody ever answers. Highly disappointed & regret giving them my money!!!

On 5 Feb. 2020 I placed an order - and paid R680 - with the Intelligence Bureau's shop. I have still not received my order. I emailed them (Sarah) on 6 Feb. to ask for courier details. I emailed Sarah again on 11, 13 and 21 Feb. I have received no reply from my emails and no reply from the mobile number given on their website. I phoned the Intelligence Bureau main phone number, but there is no reply from the Sales Dept.

We have ordered Black friday deal holster and have to date not received anything! On december we assumed it was because of the festive season and waited patiently however still nothing! We sent emails and requested a refund and still nothing!!! In January finally we had a reaponse saying sorry for the delay and they will get back to us, and to date STILL NOTHING! I managed to make contact with the person who sent the mail Sarah via Whatsapp and requested support or feedback and STILL no reply or feedback! I called her number and it was dismissed and a text received to say she will call back and to date NO RESPONSE!! This morning again sent the proof of payment again and asked for feedback or a waybill or a refund and still nothing! I am going to open a case with the consumer council too as this is very very disappointing!

Order a product from their online store and never received confirmation of my order. I tried calling them and eventually got through on my 3rd attempt. I honestly have doubts that I will receive my order or that they will ever get back to me. This place is a scam and should be avoided as best as humanly possible.

<p>After seeing an advert for a product of theirs on facebook I started my quest in buying it.When I say quest,I mean from day one my e-mails were erratically answered and most uninformative but I continued to gain information which was as I said not forthwith in coming!Starting from 3/11/2015 right through to 02/07/2016 my saga continued.Due to being friendly to the lady to see what her work designation was so that if she was who she seemed she was(the boss's wife I presumed at the time)(seeing as it was strange that a company employed a employee who answered their mail erratically.This led to the owner/manager or whatever capacity he posessed contacting me telephonically and accusing me of getting too friendly and that I should refrain from such practice which I find offensive as all my other dealings with companies/directors/C.E.O's and secretarys have never found my behaviour as anything but friendly. To cut a long story short,there where price differences on quotation to actual paying price I made. On the 01/12/2015 (which by the way read 12/01/2015) the unit price was R295 and the courier charge was R120(whereas R60 was quoted)</p> <p>Total:R415</p> <p>Yet on the 07/12/2015 the unit price was only R250??? The price was increased on the 01/12/2015 to R295.</p> <p>On the 07/12/2015 the Total Price was:R 355</p> <p>Now on the 01/12/2015 Total Price readR415???</p> <p>Sure,R50 was added to the unit price of R250 for the Hilti Caps to fire the unit.Then R60 for the courier fee.</p> <p>Total should have read R360 - NOT R415!!! another R120 for courier fees were added to the R295 giving it a Total of R415 instead of R360 seeing as they said they made a mistake and I lived in a outlying area of which I had told them right from the onset that I was in a outlying area.</p> <p>So the bottom line is that the deffective unit that I went through hell in purchasing should have only cost me R360 and not R415. So in the end I lost R55 unecessary.The principle of it is that this unethical and bad mannered business practice is unacceptable espesially when I sit with a deffective unit they sold me and refuse to answer my e-mails even after me e-mailing them with pictures showing the defects!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
