Stay clear from Communica. Not a trustworthy company.If the product is defective they refuse to refund you. And then turn around and blame you as the customer who damaged the product.

Worst dishonest company to deal with!!! Sold a faulty product online. I was told to courier it to them at my cost and back! Product burnt out!!! I was told a new wire was replaced to take the place of the burnt one???!!! My R500 has STILL not been refunded! (Sales manager : Order was placed in Nonember/2024.Stay clear from these dishonest ************ people! Do NOT buy anything from them!
Stay well clear of this e-commerce online company and their very unhelpful customer care who deliberately make life hell for you by not replacing the missing item that was not in the box. You are then given the third degree making out that you are the guilty party when you dare tell them that an item is missing in the box.Then the whole procedure is dragged out in the hope of them getting rid of you! 👎😡
Victor and his partner should both be given bonuses for their excellent, friendly efficient proffesional manner that they carry out their work taking great care not to damage ones house and possessions. Keep up the good work.
No doubt there isn't a review about them on Hello Peter as ALL THE reviews are on Google. Anyway I hope I'm the benchmark for all the other dissatisfied customers to air their complaints here. At 1st. when purchasing a mat they sent me the wrong colour, the blanket the wrong colour, and it got worse. The wire ******** arrived broken and did not work! The tape measure did not work and the string was stuck and would not return.To have these faulty products picked up was deliberately held back unnecessary. When eventually the products were picked up they smugly informed me that it would take ANOTHER 7 days to pass a credit. Overall this all took over TWO weeks before I received my refund!!! When assistance over too little information over their product was c I definately will not recommend this company to anyone.
This is definitely one trustworthy go the extra mile online company that you can buy from. They pride themselves in keeping top quality merchandise and are the only company I know who practices "THE OLD SCHOOL" business ethics. For you that don't know what this means is that you YOU as the customer that puts the bread & butter on their table is ALWAYS King & is ALWAYS right.
