This is definitely one trustworthy go the extra mile online company that you can buy from. They pride themselves in keeping top quality merchandise and are the only company I know who practices "THE OLD SCHOOL" business ethics. For you that don't know what this means is that you YOU as the customer that puts the bread & butter on their table is ALWAYS King & is ALWAYS right. Would like to commend "www.ultimo.co.za" and "The Courier Guy" for outstanding service. Made an online purchase of a smar****ch from Ultimo at 16hr45 on Monday and took delivery of the package at 9am the following morning.

I purchased two pairs of Bushnell PowerView 10x42 binoculars for my adult kids in 2021. After a few trips to the bush, one set developed double visions issues. Took the faulty pair into Ultimo Group for repairs as they come with a lifetime warranty. Got a quote back from them, not for the cost of repairs but for a replacement set! They want me to buy a new pair of binoculars albeit at a 50% discount! No mention of why the binoculars were "irreparable" or how this fell outside the supposed lifetime warranty. Totally unacceptable service from Ultimo and Bushnell. I will not be buying Bushnell again.

My Suunto 9 started playing up, not giving me correct altimeter readings, Ultimo booked in the watch for repairs, but the watch was not coming right. Ultimo replaced my watch under warranty, thank you for keeping me and my watch moving, well done Ultimo, keep up the customer support.

Purchased a neo ghost GPS from the Pro Shop Boksburg approx 2 years ago. Experienced problems with GPS switching off whilst playing. Recharged fully with GPS working perfectly for 4 holes then switched off. Pro shop had to send it to Ultimo who could install a new battery. After a month Pro shop advised that Ultimo advised it was a sealed unit and nothing could be done!!!! How can you market an expensive product but not able to change the battery. They made an offer for me to purchase a new one at a good price R1600. After one year if battery gives problems throw it away???? I find this absolutely unacceptable.
