Since 29/11/2024 till now I've been kept on a string waiting for them to claim R500 back for me from a ************ business called Communica who sold me a defective product and refused to give me back the money
Since 29/11/2024 till now I've been kept on a string waiting for them to claim R500 back for me from a ************ business called Communica who sold me a defective product and refused to give me back the money. They still have the product which is rightfully mine.Nearly all my e-mails are never answered and when ONE does all I'm told is that this type of thing takes a long time???

The Worst Ever!
The claim payment is ridiculous! The Dr. gets his payment same day but us the stupids that pay thousands of Rands a month have to beg, lick and get on our bended knees to get our payment maybe a month later if you are lucky!!! Oh forget e-mailing them. All you get is a "no reply automated e-mail" telling you that you will be contacted...... on the never never basis! They don't answer their online complaints form either. The worst medical aid out!!!

For once I have found a online e-commerce store that has a top notch management team,a well planned easy to use website and a great WhatsApp customer care. The founders who have their feet in the door of bigger things coming their way deserve it.May the future bring bigger things to come.

More Than 5 Stars
I have frequented many Spurs all over the country and the very best one that I frequent often now is Atlanta Spur. Scottburgh. First class management. Right from the owner down the "food chain" to the manager and his staff. From walking in to the going away it has always being a pleasant well looked after feeling making you want to come back again. What more can I say💯👍🍔🍟🥩🥓🍳☕

Dishonest
With my last complaint I was told that a team member would contact me. I am still waiting....... that was like over THREE days ago. It's only obvious that they never intended coming back to me. Not a honest online store to deal with. Not recommended!

Stay away from this online store! A item up for sale is marked R0(zero)on their website. Upon including 2 other items, going to check all 3 items are there. The item marked FREE (R0) is NOT being charged for. So instead of making payment immediately I brought this to their attention the following day. I wasn't even given a thank you...... just "It has been rectified" Upon contacting their Contact Centre telephonically that 1st.day(they picked up 1st. time) I reported this issue as being misleading (what the price of the item is marked as is the price you pay........ this applies to any other store whether it be a mistake or not!) I was diligenty promised to be contacted by the manager via e-mail which still hasn't happened! Upon trying to make telephonic contact the next day my calls were never answered! All I was told was that I was 1st.in the que???
