Terrible customer service

Intellimali is a private company dealing with public funds. We are five months into the year with funds STILL not loaded into our accounts. I’ve sent emails, I have called and I have tried their chat option but I am ignored. They were supposed to have activated my allowance the first week of May and here I am, writing a review of their terrible service to somehow remedy the anguish of not having my allowance given to me. I do NOT recommend their services.
