Great shopping experience
I have ordered from Superbalist about five times now and every order has been a breeze. I recently ordered a hoodie and although it was scheduled for delivery a week later, I received the order only four days after. Keep in mind the order was done on a weekend. If you’re looking for all the joys and perks of shopping with non of the cons, this is perfect website. Their discounts are something to look out for as well.

Terrible customer service
Intellimali is a private company dealing with public funds. We are five months into the year with funds STILL not loaded into our accounts. I’ve sent emails, I have called and I have tried their chat option but I am ignored. They were supposed to have activated my allowance the first week of May and here I am, writing a review of their terrible service to somehow remedy the anguish of not having my allowance given to me. I do NOT recommend their services.

Unhelpful and Slow
The call centre agent was Incredibly rude and unhelpful. I called the call centre to enquire about when my next payment would reflect and the call left me with more questions than answers.

Rude and Offish!
I recently ordered a moon cup from Elle Cup. The order went down smoothly but then I got an email to pay an extra delivery fee because the courier company they use does not deliver to my area. They did not apologise for making an error on their side and instead were rude and offish. Never again.
