Intellimali don't even deserve 1 star. Horrible service. Agents are so rude and unhelpful. Haven't received feedback about my allowance since April. Will never recommend them to anybody! Pathetic company

Inadequacy and utter laziness
My name is Bantu Heath Pasiya student number 60544538 and I have yet to receive my allowances other students from this and other institutions have already received theirs and are continuing gracefully through their studies, I for one hand cannot because I need to purchase prescribed books which are essential to my assignments and forth, I cannot do these quizzes without this knowledge please I am missing a lot of assignments.

Very rude Agents
I spoke to Sindiswa and Nokwanda about an amount that needs to credited back to my bank account, both agents were very rude.. I was told that I will get a pin in 24 hours. I'm not even sure my query was logged the way they were so rude!

Intellimali call center agents
Their call center agents are not helpful in trying to report a fraud attempt on my book allowance but I haven’t received any help where else can I get this matter escalated because my book allowance was withdrawn who else do I need to speak to to get help?

Terrible customer service
Intellimali is a private company dealing with public funds. We are five months into the year with funds STILL not loaded into our accounts. I’ve sent emails, I have called and I have tried their chat option but I am ignored. They were supposed to have activated my allowance the first week of May and here I am, writing a review of their terrible service to somehow remedy the anguish of not having my allowance given to me. I do NOT recommend their services.

Rubbish company
Absolutely unhelpful, rubbish of a company with the WORST customer service and no complaints process or access to higher management. If I could give a zero or even better, a negative rating, that would be more accurate!

Disappointed at your service
I called their call center and this has been the worst service ever. The consultants just waste our airtime, I wanted to change my cellphone number and they make it difficult I try to check my balance I need my old phone that bi lost its so disappointing that a company that is to support us make life difficult we use theses allowances for our school needs not to play
