When one takes insurance for your car you would expect a sense of relief should anything ever happen to your car however that hasn't been the case for me I've received the most appalling service from budget insurance!! Ive been sent from pillar to post! I logged a claim but so far I have not seen any satisfaction. Besides the actual issue of weather my claim is being approved which is a headache of its own...a mere request to have the courtesy car extended is an issue! I called on Tuesday requesting for an extension but Mr Kavish Singh(assigned) has failed to provide assistance, I've been following up non stop till this day and still nothing! Instead I've been transferred to various departments and different agents. I've spoken to siddarth,Godfrey, Tarique. Is it so difficult to extend a damn courtesy car?! Really!...And what I find amusing is whenever I call I'm advised my case has been sent to Tarique which I believe is the asseser however he seems to be in every department whenever I follow up on my claim and he's confirmed on our last call he has nothing to do with the courtesy car I should contact my insurance!! I've gone a step ahead and called the car higher company(europcar) in Port shepston and they are yet to receive feedback from Budget insurance. My patients in running thin I need this sorted out ASAP
My order was canceled without any communication of collection, only received email on the 15/12/23 then today 17/12/23 its canceled due to failure of collection how is this possible?.. Decided to go to their office during my lunch time only for them to tell me they sent me communication that I am confirming I did not receive, I mean why would I pay for something and not collect it? Apparently they sent me an email on the 9/12/23 and I repeat, I did not receive that now I have to re-order and add R20 what the hell! Yhoooooo sham
****mers, very rude agents, taking people's money without permission! They don't want to provide their names nor want you to speak to the manager. Wish I could find their offices, yerrr I'd definitely go to jail for them!
Hi! I have been trying to contact unisa with no luck all the number are not available as my registration for TPN3704 wasn't finalized in February. Went to the Durban compus and it was closed I did not get any assistance. Could you please assist me with this issues. Another query my intellimali balance says 00.00 where as I had a balance of R2700 I beg please I need that money back
I went to Absa shelly beach to deposit my rent money on the 30th of April. The ATM took the money however it said transaction unsuccessful. So I phoned the call center, they said I should visit a branch on Tuesday since Monday the 2nd of May was a public holiday. I went to to Absa Anton lembende since I work in durban to query, a case was escalated case number: C-16006841. I was told the turn around time is 5 working days. My landlord doesn't want to reason with me so I had to pay another R2000 to him. Now i have some of my bills unpaid because of this issue. Can they at least put the matter urgent and if possible can the money now be transferred to my bank account.
I spoke to Sindiswa and Nokwanda about an amount that needs to credited back to my bank account, both agents were very rude.. I was told that I will get a pin in 24 hours. I'm not even sure my query was logged the way they were so rude!
