The service was amazing attentive and top of the line. The food was delicious I had the mustard crum chicken it was to die for, I will definitely be dinning there again not to mention the beautiful romantic vibe love it
Two incidents first one they allowed card cloners to 620 from my account I took it to the fraud division they investigated and locked my account. After locking me for more than 5 days they promised me they tell me they can't refund me yet they allowed fraudulent activity in my account without even a single notification. Now I pay my DSTV bill it's taking eons to reach multi-choice they are about to lose me as a customer and I'll be sure to spread the word about their terrible services.
I paid my bill on Saturday still no reconnection. I called 3 consultants emailed 2 proofs of payments still in those three consultants none of them assisted me this is the second time DSTV failed me. 3 days have passed 3 calls 2 emails no assistance what kind of company are you guys running ? Wuuh your about to lose me if you don't improve your services I pay I don't watch for free to receive this backwards service.
I was at Pick n Pay Benoni (Lakeside Mall) on The 5 the of May. I received the worst service firstly the store is super cold the we waited for 40 minutes on the under 3 items trying to withdraw they didn't assist us the ladies there gave us attitude then dismissed us very rudely. I am appalled by the service please take your employees for customer training also every customer matters no customer should be treated bad
I happened be at on Park station on and My bank notifies me I bought food at KFC R50 the boom I lose a additional R440.00 I was never at KFC parkstaion so I was literally scammed by KFC I want my money or I'll will be forced to write my story everywhere every platform I can find sise KFC
I paid my bill on the first of the December yod it's day 12 and I was disconnected. When I call the call center there service I get is garbage service the guy won't answer my questions he goes around in circles and being told I owe pro-rata yet the bill amount reflects something very different I so disappointed why are they scamming us like this we make payments what more do they want I WANT TO BE CONNECTED BECAUSE I PAID!!!!!
I called their call center and this has been the worst service ever. The consultants just waste our airtime, I wanted to change my cellphone number and they make it difficult I try to check my balance I need my old phone that bi lost its so disappointing that a company that is to support us make life difficult we use theses allowances for our school needs not to play
Cell C service is Nonsense their system is very stupid. I want to do a sim swap I failed my security check yet I gave the right information, they tell me to go to a call C store yet the are no stores near me, leave CellC while you can because it's a Nonsense network with a stupid system . N. Msiza
