What was advertised VS what you getting

I bought my wife a bouquet and a balloon from Interflora for Valentines day. She got the delivery around 5pm yesterday first of all and then the bouquet that she received didn't even resemble the one I chose for her. And it wasn't cheap, so I would expect something decent and delivered at a reasonable time as the delivery person called her to say that she had to wait as they have a delivery for her.

Really poor service for the money I spent
