No service, no support, blatant rude

Awkwardest thing ever - I called the Admissions office. Christopher answered the phone. I asked him a question, then he turned to his colleague to have a chat, I waited on the line, then he put me on hold, then dropped the called.

I have never in my life! - LOL.

Beautiful on the outside, rotten on the inside. The staff have really made doing business with this institution a living hell. Unanswered phones, unanswered emails. Imagine business WhatsApp staying on one tick. If they don't have the answer they simply drop the call on you.

The website has wrong information for example they say that the WhatsApp number is 083 325 8188 but in actual fact it is 031 536 6650 - which forever stay on one tick. Do not be fooled by the beautiful website, the place is the pits
