DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND AVERAGE WORK. I recently took my car to this workshop for some minor repairs to my roof. The work on the roof was done at a good price and it was quick but the quality isn't the best with rough edges on the paintwork. Not the end of the world but annoying. After fetching my car i noticed that they had scratched my windscreen very badly all the way across. At this point i Whatsapped immediately (20 mins after collecting) and they said it can be overspray and sorry for the inconvenience, please come tomorrow and we will sort it out. My dealing to this point hadn't been bad so i thought they would be forthcoming and accountable for this new damage but i was very wrong. When i arrived and pointed it out they refuse to even get in the car and look at they scratches saying it was impossible to scratch a windscreen with a dirty or abrasive cloth which is ridiculous. The owner then said they weren't glass specialist and they need a proper glass technician to look at it and he called PG Auto glass, to which they said the needed to see the vehicle, so i took it directly to PG glass as the owner put the phone down. PG Auto glass gave me the below report. 'Good morning Jared After assessing the windscreen on your vehicle, I noted that it is severely damaged. There are scratches running horizontally and vertically. The damage is visibly as a result of a course or abrasive object being used to wipe the windscreen. I noted that the scratches do not contain aged dust/dirt, which is indicative that this happened very recently, (approximatly 24 to 48 hours). This can cause a serious hazard and impairs your safety, especially when you drive in sun. The scratches reflect back and can impair your vision while driving. It is my professional opinion that the windscreen be repaired. I have also noted that your windscreen is an original agent's part. The identical or equivalent part must be used for replacement.' At this point, after sending them above from a glass specialist i thought it was done and they would take accountability but it got worse. Now with their backs against the wall they started shouting at me in there office which as a client is crazy. The owner then said to me 'how do i know you didn't do that when you got home' which is nuts and extremely rude. All in all i took my car there for a minor fix and it ended up being an absolute nightmare. These okes are ****** and not accountable for your vehicle when in their workshop.

Owner screamed at me and put the phone down when I queried why the rear bumper hadn’t been fixed with the rest of the accident damage and requested it be fixed. International Panel Shop claimed it wasn’t on the original quote provided to insurance but accepted to repair all damage based on images provided to them. Why would one ask for everything to be repaired except one part. Tried to quote me a further amount to repair. This panel shop misquoted me, then shouted at their customer and refused to repair further. ******. Definitely cannot recommend.
