On the 19 Oct 2025 I ordered 4 boxes of almond milk. I was delivered 1 box of soy milk but my account was deducted for R258. 03 and when uber refunded me they only refunded me R48. My account shows they took a lot more and now I cannot reach them at all and they have an AI that keeps answering saying that I was refunded but only the amount of one box and not even what I asked for. I never accepted the order as it is not what I asked for. Uber needs to have a way for people to properly contact them. I have evidence they took more money in my banking app, so if not resolved, I will report to the media and file with the small claims court and make sure the media is there to see how petty Uber is over R200 and how they ***** from the people.
I did business with this lady. At first she was a bit slow but finally posted my ad on her platform. More recently I paid her R199 for 2 reels as part of her "Wednesday Special" but after paying her she made promises to deliver and did not. Even when I got pretty upset, she could only tell me about her personal life, which is not professional. I am minus R199 and no reels. I ultimately blocked and reported her, as while I am sure that she is not a ****mer, it is ******** to take money and not deliver. Excuses are not acceptable.
Spur Seven in Sea Poinr is a massive disappointment. The gut that answers the phone is rude. No respect at all after they missed a whole meal in my order. They are disgusting!

Our company is being heavily harassed because of an employee that used to work for us but has been gone for more than a year. They trying to make the company pay for what an employee ordered and the harassment is sickening. This company is really sick and I would tell all out there to never ever deal with them. They are a **** company all the way. It is not my responsibility if they sell stuff to people that no longer work for me and that bought it for their personal use. STOP CALLING ME or it will be come a legal problem for you!
I ordered a TV on takealot and paid a delivery fee for the the TV to be delivered today. The order number is 142683397. It was not delivered and yet, it was marked as delivered on their site. This is unacceptable. I want my product delivered or they need to refund me. This is terrible service and genuinely makes me feel as if I was ******.
My friend and myself occupy the same building both considered business addresses. I am supp**** with internet through Afrihost and Octotel. The Neighbour next to my friend is also supp**** internet in the so called business building. The upstairs is housing and no matter how hard my friend explains this he is shrugged of like a rat. He is a black south african and is being treated so poorly like this. It is unacceptable. Everyone else being supp**** to is white and he is black so what are we supposed to think? This sickens me man!
I always have problems with these guys in one way or other. This time I get a false delivery. Now I am told I must wait to see if the driver will still deliver. I know how this works as it has been done to me before where the driver stole my meal. even these guys must know that their drivers *****. These people waste my time and money like it is actually their real job, to do people in.
Tonight these guys ****** me of over R700. No matter how hard I try to get my money back they insist on keeping my money. Then the call agent is a totally annoying person just going on about keeping my money. These people are worse than ****s on the street.
