What an excellent se...
What an excellent service....I'm came to the shop as a women thinking they might take advantage to charge me an arm and a leg but Mr Freedom from the shop explained all that was Wrong....what he can and cannot fix and where and outsourced on my behalf all the at was not part of their services and the quote was reasonable in proportion to the damage of the car. I'd recommend this business and Mr Freedom....they are located in Goodwood Cape Town

I have a contract with Drive
I have a contract with Drive.co.za and I recently made a claim with them....my claim was handled professionally and swiftly (like the car I'm driving🤣) by Mr Metayl de Bruin. I had so much anxiety after my incident having never filed a claim before my mind was running in different directions panicking. Metayl calmed me down, explained the process to me, gave different options available to me basically took all the anxiety and panic from me, he made arrangements for the car to be fixed and I could focus on other aspects because this one was well taken care off....this is not just good customer service what he offered me cannot be bought which is peace of mind ....I commend Mr de Bruin this is not a job it's a calling and drive.co.za can you more people like him on their team. I will also commend drive as a company for allowing stressed people who put in claims the different financial options in order to now strain their costumers with added financial strains
