I have taken out a 200mbps business fibre line with Internet-SA. Paying a premium for business as it is critical for the work I perform with international clients. You would expect higher priority, durable connectivity. During the evenings and start of weekends their 200MBps fibre connection drops to 7MBps download speeds and support only available until 21:00 in the evenings. So it leaves me with no support to assist with slow conenctivity and having to wait until the next day or business day to get support, that tells me there is nothing wrong with the lines throughput.
It is utterly frustrating to try and work, when you have "stable" fibre connections and no support when you need it. My previous satelite connection was more stable and constantly giving 250MBps download speeds and never needing to call support for help.
