I told the sales person that I want to sign up for a 3 month contract, pay for the 3 months cash as I was working on a project for that time in Randburg. I paid the cash and was aussred that no funds will be deducted from my bank accouint and they just need my bank details as part of the applicati9on and they can't process the application without it, not allowed. Now for the last 2 months they keep on deducting money from my bank account without authorization or approval. When contacting them they say I signed up for a month to month contract and have to pay and they will not refund any money,even after double deducting money from my account. I explicitely asked the sales consultant about the debits and the 3 months, they signed me up and I cancelled on the same day to be able to pay 3 months cash for the gym. The company is a ripp off, stay away, the equipment is old in any case, not worth the frustration.
I have taken out a 200mbps business fibre line with Internet-SA. Paying a premium for business as it is critical for the work I perform with international clients. You would expect higher priority, durable connectivity. During the evenings and start of weekends their 200MBps fibre connection drops to 7MBps download speeds and support only available until 21:00 in the evenings. So it leaves me with no support to assist with slow conenctivity and having to wait until the next day or business day to get support, that tells me there is nothing wrong with the lines throughput. It is utterly frustrating to try and work, when you have "stable" fibre connections and no support when you need it. My previous satelite connection was more stable and constantly giving 250MBps download speeds and never needing to call support for help.
I have a 50Mbps Fixed LTE Pro internet package with axxess, but not getting even 2Mbps download speeds, over 4000ms ping over Vodacom Fixed LTE. Morclick satelite has a lower ping than the fixed LTE provided by Axxees Can't make a voice call or even a video call for work purposes and well below their 600GB AUP cap. My Vodacom 4G hotspot in the same location has a 40ms ping and can atleast do something with it. Axxess support / Call Center is non existent, waiting for between 10 and 20 minutes with no answer from support, no queue number, just staring into the abyss of no support.
I recently purchased a microphone speaker for my daughters birthday, but received it with small dents in speaker and gold surface seemed faded on certain places. Logged a return because of this and the return was declined. Logged another return as I was not satisfied with the quality of the product and did not meet my excpectations. Return was again declined, unknown reason, as I assume takealot doesn't take my level of satisfaction as enough to justify it being returned. No contact made with me to explain why the return was rejected twice, no number to contact returns department, no email, nothing. Poor customer service in my opinion. As a consumer I have the right to return a purchase if I am not satisfied with the product, but not with TakeALot, they don't care.
I booked a parcel for collection and delivery with The Courier Guy on the 8th of March. The trip is 2 hours outside of JHB and normally takes 2 days for parcels to reach us. The parcel was booked and insurance taken out on the parcel as well as it is expensive and fragile, with the correct delivery address added to the booking, with postal code. Upon tracking my parcel on the track and trace, The Courier Guy in JHB decided to send my parcel all the way to CPT, making my insurance cover on the parcel null and void, as it only covered a specific router for 3 days. Today 12 days has passed and I still have not received my parcel that normally takes 2 days for a 2 hour trip, and the online track and trace system has not been updated since the 16th of March. Very poor service from The Courier Guy in general. I won't trust them with my next high value parcel to be delivered on time. Support is also useless in providing any answers as they have been contacted many times.
The Matrix Tracking call center contacted me to sell me a tracking solution. Upon me asking them where and how they obtained my contact details and information, the agent declined to confirm where they got my information from. When I told the agent that I have never been a Matrix client and would like to know where they got my information, he declined to provide and answer and as professional as a call center gentleman he is, dropped the call on me! I don't think that is the way Matrix should be treating any of its existing and potential new clients, it was very unprofessional and I still feel I deserve to know where my information was obtained and have it removed as I did not give consent.
I have been trying to get MTN fixed LTE issue resolved for more than a week. The issue is not only with me or 1 sim or device, but the whole town is affected by this issue, but Axxess service desk is unable to understand or not capable of understanding the issue. My ticket gets passed on from one agent to the other, all asking the same questions and not providing any solution. When asked for feedback on support tickets logged with MTN, they simply tell me the sims are active. In my experience the technical support does not have the experience or know how or means to assist in resolving complex issues or even do basic troubleshooting. When asked to escalate to senior support, they ignore and a new agent replies with a basic first question of support, when we have already gone through those steps a week ago. When asked to be contacted by management, there is no reply or feedback on that. I truly admire Axxess beginnings where the owner was running the show from a small shop and created this big business, but the support that clients are receiving is busy breaking down what he built one brick at a time. Dissapointed in the support I am currently receiving from Axxess.
I am not dissapointed in KFC on Malibongwe Randburg, that is an understatement. Their service was fast in the drive through, but the quality of the food was horrible. First off, the pops were half full, all 3 of them and they are not cheap. Secondly, my wife had pieces of plastic in her sweat chilli twister, and the twister was put together in a rush as it looked like it went on a rollercoater ride and we had a diy kit to put together ourselves. My sweat chilli twister was also a mess, all the fillings werent even in the wrap, had to eat it with a knife and fork as it was all over the show. This was the last time that me, my family or friends will be supporting this KFC outlet. Management doesn't seem to bother with the quality of the product they sell as i reported a similar experience at this same outlet, and today proved that nothing was done or changed.
