This is a shout out to the ISPA . Thank you for helping me resolve my cancellation with one of your members. Without your mediation I would never have been able to resolve my issue. Anyone out there struggling to cancel their service rightfully and fairly with their ISP (internet service provider) having gone through the procedure correctly and fail to do so. The ISPA can assist you if your provider is one of their members.
