This is a shout out to the ISPA . Thank you for helping me resolve my cancellation with one of your members. Without your mediation I would never have been able to resolve my issue. Anyone out there struggling to cancel their service rightfully and fairly with their ISP (internet service provider) having gone through the procedure correctly and fail to do so. The ISPA can assist you if your provider is one of their members. Fill out the form and provide as much evidence and possible on their platform and they will mediate the issue beteen you and their member. Well done George from ISPA and thank you once again!!
Follow up on Webafrica i still have no internet connection since 29 September yet my account has just been debited. I am absolutely horrified! Not possible to speak to anyone only Whatapp way of comms. Would never recommend them as a service provider. They take your money based on no service from them.
Webafrica have been shocking with their service in migrating my fibre line from openserve to Vodacom. Extremely disappointed!!! No warning that it would take 48 hours and they blame Vodacom for not activating the line. Yet Vodacom show me proof that they have activated their side.. Not cool Webafrica!!
Thank you for a great experience. I highly recommend Shaw Academy. Extremely professional and well conducted. Simple and easy to understand and follow.
