Beware of Intex SA

"WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS!

I'm sharing my experience with Intex SA. I bought a pool pump and liner from them in 2024, paid in cash, but the items were damaged. The manager gave me invoices that Intex SA has CONFIRMED AS *****ULENT, and took the money. Intex SA is now claiming they can't help me, saying the courier wasn't theirs, despite collecting the damaged items.

I've tried to resolve this amicably, but they're not taking responsibility. If you're considering buying from Intex SA, beware! They don't seem to care about their customers or their own staff's actions.
