The manager gave me invoices that Intex SA has CONFIRMED AS *****ULENT, and took the money. Intex SA is now claiming they can't help me, saying the courier wasn't theirs, despite collecting the damaged items. I've tried to resolve this amicably, but they're not taking responsibility. I recently bought a gazebo at game store in canalwalk when I opened it up to use ,tue entire gazebo fell apart resulting in cutting my nephew on his arm the gazebo was broken at every angle I then contacted the store at got to no response I then took the gazebo to the store and was turned away on 2 separate occasions I was then told by one of the employers to contact the supplier which I did and got assistance immediately after endless emails and calls I was advised by massmart to take the gazebo back to the store for the 3rd time and get a full refund apon doing so my experience was a nightmare the disrespect from the staff that assisted me and being questioned if the gazebo was really bought at their store even when I provided proof of purchase they continue to keep me waiting for more that 30 minutes the employer that was appointed to assist me refused to meet with me the lady kept having to call him telephonically to sort out the situation as so had no clue what has transpired the insults he was saying on the phone was so embarrassing as other customers was standing in the line could hear everything as he was on loud speaker when the lady that was helping me realised I heard the whole conversation disconnected the call . I have filed a complaint with the national consumers commission ombudsman .
I had a client who booked my service to cater an event I provide the client a quotation the client then approved the quotation and I sent her the invoice along with my business contract . In my invoice and contract clearly states that 50% deposit is payable once Booking is confirmed the deposit is non-refundable and non-negotiable the client then made payment after receiving the invoice and contract , Friday past the client calls to cancel and I then told the client to read through the contract our cancellation policy terms and conditions is stipulated I have given the client an option to provide another date we can do the event . This client then reported my bank account as ***** and Capitec blocked and froze my account without contacting me . My business is running a loss as I cannot provide services to my other clients. I went to the bank with our agreement the invoice proof of payment from the client advidavate and a copy of my id . CAPITEC said that it would go through investigation it would take weeks. Please advise can I sue the client and bank for misconduct and maliciously reporting false information on my account. I spoke to a lawyer and called saps I was told before the bank blocked my account the client first needed to make a cause against my business for ***** then take the case number to the bank . Capitec Never contacted or emailed to give me the opportunity to prove my innocence. I have reported Capitec to the ombudsman and have filed a case with saps
For years my family has been only eating the sasko sam cranberry low GI bread it's been a staple in our house hold for as long as I can remember, my son toasted him a few slices of the bread and ate two of it he said to me mom there's small bones in the bread which I then told him it's the nuts, few seconds later her tells me the bread does not taste nice and ran to the bathroom and threw up he then showed me the bread and it had a foreign skin like texture bake in the bread, my sin seemed find after he threw up ,later the evening he complained that he tummy was sore and his not feet well I gave him so medication to sooth the cramps and he threw up again after giving him fluids he was much better, I do not know what was in the bread that made my son throw up , I have sent a email to sasko and contacted checkers where I bought the bread from the lady I spoke to disregarded my concern and said the bread was probably moulded . Which of cause I checked as the bread was bought the previous day, however I'm still waiting on feedback from sasko .
It's unfortunate when a member wants to tarnish staff members at zone fitness I have been a member of zone fitness for me than 8 years yes all business has its ups and down . I can't seem to fathom how some people would think that a gym is pay as you go . A membership being 12 months or more you are liable to pay weather you choose to go or not . I have witnessed how some members being a friend of mine scream at the receptionist due to their own negligence .
It's very disappointing that you have an online platform where customers can raise there concerns regarding the service and pizzas of debonairs for the past few days iv been sending my complain and no body response at all.. My husband and I bought the triple decker pizza from debonairs in Athlone when we got got to have the pizza for supper we noticed that the dough was still raw and the tomatoes had a unpleasant taste and oudor my husband immediately called back to the store to address this matter the person he spoke said they not able to help if I dont have the recipet the more I explained to her the receipt was taken when we collected our order and wasnt given back she cut the call.. hence I send an email on the debonairs online customer service platform and got no response and its been a full week.. I sent and email to info @ debonairs as well no response or call backs .. what a pathetic excuse for customer service
