I have ordered 10 leather dining chairs during 2025 on order number #413. All the chairs were delivered, but 1 was damaged. I informed them immediately and requested the replacement of the chair. Intex furniture SA promised to replace the 1 chair. Until date hereof, 6 months later, I haven't received the replacement of the damaged chair, neither their communication. Very bad service! I paid for 10 chairs and only have 9 usable chairs!!

"WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS! I'm sharing my experience with Intex SA. I bought a pool pump and liner from them in 2024, paid in cash, but the items were damaged. The manager gave me invoices that Intex SA has CONFIRMED AS *****ULENT, and took the money. Intex SA is now claiming they can't help me, saying the courier wasn't theirs, despite collecting the damaged items. I've tried to resolve this amicably, but they're not taking responsibility. If you're considering buying from Intex SA, beware! They don't seem to care about their customers or their own staff's actions. #IntexSA #ConsumerRights #Beware #*****"

Beginning July 2025,I bought a coffee table. It was delivered and assembled by the delivery guys the same week. I inspected the table when I returned from work and discovered that the handle is missing. I informed them immediately. I was told they will follow up with the manufacturer the following week. That Monday i was told it will be delivered during the week. I followed up on the Thursday 9 July 2025. I was then told I will get my handle when there is a delivery coming to my area. I don’t have an idea when that will be, if it will happen anytime. It’s the 2nd week and I’m still waiting. I’m disappointed at this poor customer service receive because an alternative could have been made. I don’t know how long I will wait.

Intex advertised a chair in brown and grey in their online shop. I ordered two grey chairs and paid both the cost and the delivery fee. I received confirmation of my order. Four days later, I was informed that the grey chairs were out of stock and that the shipping fee was R520 more. Since I was not interested in brown chairs, I asked for a refund. I was kindly informed that R260 would be deducted due to merchant service. This is not allowed according to the Consumer Act. I would not recommend doing business with Intex.

Hi I bought my 3rd intex queen mattress and again could only use it for a week. This i complained to intex on 04.01.2025. They rep**** on 06.01 and requested a proof of payment which i then sent together with the pics. They collect the mattress but boy have i been given the run around. They never came back to me. I have to keep following up. Today the 07.04 still had to call again and guess I was asked to send it my pics again which I now cannot find. The guy was very abrupt and said tome " Are you going to send the pics like I asked". I have now spent R6000 on intex queen air mattresses and can only claim for one because I did not complain about the other 2. Ok but get treated this way is totally disgusting

Iv ordered part for my intex spa( which if u are considering buying, DONT, they leak, control panel always throws random errors, there are no parts available and they very overpriced) twice and both time they sent me the wrong order, ive tried to email and reach out to rectify the order, they just dont respond .

Paul purchased a Vanity Unit from Intex Furniture SA known on Face Book as Intex Beds. The unit arrived is a disgusting state - broken, chipped cracked mirror and the list goes on, and he himself requested a refund, the picures speak volumes about the furniture they sell. They mentioned last week that a manager would return our calls and no response, we have track record of all the correspondence, calls are now being ignored.
