Hi I bought my 3rd intex queen mattress and again could only use it for a week. This i complained to intex on 04.01.2025. They rep**** on 06.01 and requested a proof of payment which i then sent together with the pics. They collect the mattress but boy have i been given the run around. They never came back to me. I have to keep following up. Today the 07.04 still had to call again and guess I was asked to send it my pics again which I now cannot find. The guy was very abrupt and said tome " Are you going to send the pics like I asked". I have now spent R6000 on intex queen air mattresses and can only claim for one because I did not complain about the other 2. Ok but get treated this way is totally disgusting
I have been offered an upgrade by std bank. I spent 20 kin on the call with the consultant. She assured me that I would kot need to go to a branch as my new cards will be delivered. My card was delivered but I could nott activate it. I called and was told that the courier did not verify me and I have to go to the branch. I was quite upset and refused cos I am far from a branch. I then tried to use my credit card after everything was sorted out in the morning, but was told by the teller that the error says my card is not registered. I called in again just to be told that i have to go into a branch. Very disappointed customer that was now paying fro a prestige service that was up to **** and I never even start using the service.
Small new business. So far products have been good and so has the service. Always willing to go the extra mile to assist.
I am due for an upgrade and mtn has been calling me almost every day and i would qualify for R500 take alot voucher if I fall in the first 1000 customer. So eventually on the 11.11.22 i decided to call in and upgrade. Spoke to Lerato she was great. She said she call me the next to conclude. She did not instead i did. She said she would send me an email on the 14.11.2022 but I received nothing. I called the next day a couple of times eventually they said she is on leave and only she could help. I called everyday thereafter a few times a day. I either got cut off or they said they would leave a message for to call back. I have received no call backs . Today i called and the guy said they had a problem with invoicing he can't even tell me the price. I got angry and said that they were a joke, he got angry without listening to why i felt like this and put the fone down in my ears. So i think i rather cancel. I am not a beggat.
Went to buy a jacket for my kid. Lady told me to open an account and I agreed. Have previously been with American Swiss for a very long time but closed the account about 4 years ago. I did not have my ID so I was told to bring it in However they told me that the account was open I needed to go to the store. I went to exact spri gs mall ....they called head office a consultant asked me security questions which they said I failed . They then asked me the security questions which I failed again. I can't understand how they can fail me on my own personal questions 😕 so I left it. In the mean time they kept sending me messages to go in and collect my card. How inappropriate.
I went in just to look one of consultant's came up to me and showed me the items on sale and I eneded up buying for over R200. She was very helpful and friendly. Love the service. @HOME SPRINGS MALL.
I am writing on behalf of my parents. ( E Mia : 082 718 5821) They are diligent customers but do not have access to the internet. My mum cannot compare items by looking at a cellphone she is old. However I am told by the consultants that I as the kid need to go to parents house and show them the goods online. When the consultants do call my parents they tell my parents I called and said that my parents wants to buy something…..How the hell can they lie as well and how would my parents know what to buy without a catalogue. What kind of nonsense is this now? Am I now suppose to you my time , effort and data for Home choice….. In other words the old people that do have access to the internet are now forgotten. Disgusting really……..Homechoice is obviously turning a very high profit and don’t need many customers any longer.
