Don't buy from them. Rather use Temu or Sheen.
I ordered struts for my BMW Z4 E86. Yet when the parts arrived they did not fit So I placed a return. They refused the return until I chose the option" that I ordered the wrong part", which in fact I didn't. They just **** about the part fitting my car. Now, because of that, they won't give me a full refund. They're taking 15% for my error, when in fact it was their error. And on top of it, I must now pay for shipping back to them.. Also, I didn't realize when purchasing that they're based in China, so rather use sheen or Temu.

Medical innovations poor customer service
Placed an order online, paid by credit card. 3 days later they tell me they will wait for their accounts department to confirm payment (unusual for a card payment) and then the best part is they say they are now busy doing stock take so they cant send my goods for another 10 days, not even a proper apology or dispensation

Intex spas - DONT BUY
Iv ordered part for my intex spa( which if u are considering buying, DONT, they leak, control panel always throws random errors, there are no parts available and they very overpriced) twice and both time they sent me the wrong order, ive tried to email and reach out to rectify the order, they just dont respond .

Paid and no delivery, dont buy online
Paid for a spoiler for my mustang and its already been 2 weeks, and no delivery, they don't answer email or calls. dont buy from these guys,

this is a **** site, don't buy from them. they rep**** to a few emails, then just went quiet. they took my money and only after pestering them for weeks did, they send the items but only sent half of the order.
