Beginning July 2025,I bought a coffee table. It was delivered and assembled by the delivery guys the same week. I inspected the table when I returned from work and discovered that the handle is missing. I informed them immediately. I was told they will follow up with the manufacturer the following week. That Monday i was told it will be delivered during the week. I followed up on the Thursday 9 July 2025. I was then told I will get my handle when there is a delivery coming to my area. I don’t have an idea when that will be, if it will happen anytime. It’s the 2nd week and I’m still waiting. I’m disappointed at this poor customer service receive because an alternative could have been made. I don’t know how long I will wait.
<p>I cancelled my Csurance policy in February 2016 and in October 2016 there was money deducted from my account for Csurance and i did not take it seriously as i thought Cell C charged me for other services.owever in December 2016 and January 2017 there were deductions again. When I called Csurance i was told that there was a system error at Cell C which activated all the Csurance policy so i should send an email for cancellation and will be refunded the miney deducted. I sent the email with the invoices and called to confirm whether they have received it. Firstly it is difficult to get hold of any agent at call center and was told different stories by different people until a lady this one time, a lady told me that the policy will be cancelled and will be refunded wilthin 72 hours, that was on the 27 Janury 2017. I called again on the 2 February 2017 and i was told that my refund was not authorised by the supervisor and will be authorised and will receive my refund within 72 hours again and it will be noted on the email and be escalated. Again on the 10th February 2017 i called was told my refund is not yet authorised and will be escalated to the supervisor. I mesn how long does it take to authorise a refund and how long does it take the supervisor to even check such. Do i have to constantly call in order to get a response about this. I am very unhappy about the service. I just want my money to be refunded. `i cant keep calling to only be told it is still noy authorised.</p>
