This one looks like a scam, no street address, when you contact them the response is very unprofessional and vague, all he wants to do is quote you and wants payment EFT, very suspicious.

This company is definitely a bunch of FRAUDSTERS and their website should be taken down! To stop these thieves… Sarah Andrews if that is your real name… Ordered an inverter in Dec 2022. Started following up in Jan 2023…. Promised I would have my inverter on 7 Feb… called non stop on the 7th and 8th… again promised it will be packed and shipped… then they had no stock… they requested me to reverse my payment at the bank after two months… Do not buy anything from this pathetic company! Case of fraud and theft will be opened at the SAPS

Inverter experts are selling fake Canadian Solar panels. Be careful when dealing with them. I bought 650W panels BUT the dimensions were a bit off from what is specified by Canadian Solar. I then checked the sticker on the back and noticed a "spelling" mistake (Vmo instead of Vmp) as well as all the specifications being wrong. Also searched and discovered Canadian Solar doesn't even make a CS3W-650MS panel.

I recently made a purchase for a battery which was advertised on their website. The price was astonishingly low so I jumped to the oppotunity and made the purchase. But to my dismay I received an email stating that the product that I have purchased was out of stock and that I must reverse the payment. I responded to the email and asked when will the stock be available, but I did not receive a response from them. I tried again to reach out to them, to inform them that I cannot reverse the payment and besides it was going to cost me to do so, but to no avail. It is like they are ignoring my emails for some or other reason. I then sent an email requesting that they do an immediately refund, but that email to, was not responded to. I feel the next step is to approach the consumer council and demand that the product I purchased as per adverti*****t be honoured and delivered as per contract/purchase sales agreement.

They are selling fake Canadian Solar solar panels. We ordered panels advertised as 600W Canadian Solar panels with part number CS7L-600MS. When the panels were delivered, the sticker at the back of the panel had a part number CS3W-650MS, it said 600W however the other specifications were all wrong (completely different from what was advertised), and when doing the math, works out to be a 450W panel. The dimensions of the panel was also smaller than what the CS7L-600MS should be. Canadian Solar does not even produce a panel with the part number CS3W-650MS. When this was brought under their attention, I was told that there was a mix up at the warehouse. They insisted that the panels first be collected and returned to the warehouse before the correct panels could be dispatched. The panels were eventually, after almost 3 weeks, collected and taken back to the warehouse. About a week later they show up, without making any arrangements, to deliver the "correct" panels. But they were exactly the same ones that we had sent back. I refused to except delivery of the panels and sent it straight back. It is obvious that they do not have the advertised panels, so I asked for my money back. I ordered 10 panels at their sale price of just over R3800 each. The sales lady, the only person who ever deals with the public, refused to pay the money back and offered me a voucher. She claimed that the panels that were originally delivered was apparently broken when they got back to the warehouse. I asked for photo evidence of the so-called damage, but never received such. She also wanted to subtract the travel costs that they have incurred driving back and forth delivering the wrong panels. I do not want a voucher as they obviously do not have the panels that I require. More than that, the sales lady is impossible to get hold of.... I suspect that she has my number saved and that she ignores my calls. She refuses to supply me with the number of a person higher up and therefore I have no choice but take the matter further and report them as being in breach of the Consumer Protection Act.
