Funds go missing from mortgage account
The absolute worst bank I have ever come accross. This morning I got a hell of a surprise to find that all my money that was accessible in my mortgage was gone, after many calls, Investec were not even aware of the issue or what was wrong, they then just paid the wrong amount back to me. I needed the money to pay labourers doing alterations at my house, so I don’t know who will be liable for that.
This is a major red flag and im considering moving away from them
