This is the most frustrating bank that I have had to work with. The app never works correctly, in-app verification doesn't work and my personal banker is non existent. He literally took almost a month to get back to e on a simple query. Really bad service
I wanted to insure my new polo vivo, which I purchased through a family member from VW, which was purchased below retail value, then Indequity comes back and says they will only insure for what I paid which is not common practice. Marne and Rianie, both that were very rude then went onto make me feel like I was trying to make money from insurance. Which is absurd.
I ordered 3 T-bone steaks and I received club steak, after trying to get my order refunded, they tell me that I should take it to a store, why would I pay R99 subscription to have delivery, for me to have to go into a store?
After changing my insurance to Indequity, I was given a formal letter stating that they do not approve tracking systems from Netstar. After giving this to Netstar, they still want me to pay 56% of the settlement amount. Why should a customer keep on paying for a tracking unit, which is obviously not up to standard and that is not approved by my new insurer.
