The WORST Customer Service EVER!!
The absolute WORST customer experience I have ever had!!!!
It took them 2 weeks to process my car financing. While my credit is great and Im a good client, they do not care about their Client's needs.
The narrative that Investec sits above other institution is because they allegedly provide Top Tier Customer service. Which I can now first-hand state, is ABSOLUTE false.
They take days with any form of communication or response, my "private banker" just left on leave without making sure my business is being handled. They use their own processes as excuses for taking weeks to process anything.
They are the worst!!!

I app**** for a Loan, it was approved a week ago. It has still not been processed or paid. I had to request a new settlement letter on my car, due to Investec taking so long. And guess what, the settlement increased. Which means the shortfall I need to pay, increased. Because of you. You are not only wasting my time, you are Also costing me money!
You are meant to do the oppostite!!
