The absolute WORST customer experience I have ever had!!!! It took them 2 weeks to process my car financing. While my credit is great and Im a good client, they do not care about their Client's needs. The narrative that Investec sits above other institution is because they allegedly provide Top Tier Customer service. Which I can now first-hand state, is ABSOLUTE false. They take days with any form of communication or response, my "private banker" just left on leave without making sure my business is being handled. They use their own processes as excuses for taking weeks to process anything. They are the worst!!!
The absolute WORST non-existing customer service / support you will EVER experience. Ive been trying to change my cellphone number as it has changed, because lately Payflex needs an OTP before you can log intonyoir account. Thats also the only way to change your personal details. When you are logged in. The ONLY other alteenative is to contact support which is a little form to complete and submit. Ive done this multiple time, in as much detail as possible. But dont get any response or obviously ANY service!!! The worst!! Stay away. There are way better businesses that offers the same but will at least do SOMETHING!!!!!
I am an existing Axxess client. I notified and ordered a new fibre installation 4 weeks ago due to me moving house. I still haven't received a call with regards to scheduling the installation and I have sent mail after mail to Axxess asking what is going on or any update with NO response. Besides the fact that the connectivity of the WiFi I had via Axxess was absolutely horrible, I am not getting any service here!!! I pay a lot of money every month, and they do nothing for it. I work from home and I have had NO WiFi this whole week!!!! Terrible non-existing service!!!!!!!!!!
THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Been struggling for months to Install a new Fibre line. First they kept getting the address so wrong, it was for a different town (keep in mind, the address is typed in correctly, online). Then they kept cancelling my order because they have an old number on the system that I have changed with them 20 times, saying they cant reach me. How many times do I need to beg for service?????????????????????
Since taking out a membership for my mother from Bloom Momentum, I have had a few situations where I required Customer Service. To no fail, I have been assisted with great care and attention every time. Very impressed with my experience so far and appreciate the service given!
I have been trying to cancel my membership since the 28th Jan 2019 and have received no response from Fedhealth. It has been almost five weeks. This is really terrible service and I would not recommend Fedhealth to anyone! Please can someone respond to my request??!?!?
