Don’t buy invest huge Ponzi scheme.
Don’t buy invest gold, I’m still waiting for my money to be paid after a year is a very slow process this is a big Ponzi Scheme, the broker will contact you here and there once every 3months. This people are jokers *****ing people’s money rather invest in a more reliable platform.

Don’t buy invest gold, I’m still waiting for my money to be paid after a year is a very slow process this is a big Ponzi Scheme, the broker will contact you here and there once every 3months. This people are jokers *****ing people’s money rather invest in a more reliable platform.

Worst Service when disinvesting.
Invested with them for 2-3 years now, Waited for 4 months for disinvestment but still... Worst service ever. After communicating with several brokers allocated to me by them I still didn't get any communication back from them.

VERY DISSAPOINTING SERVICE
I am let down by this company, i had requested selling my coins which are currently within their custody, my broker Pierre Jordan stated it will take 28 days, i submitted the required information on the 1st of July, we are now in August and we still waiting for a response from their "sales manager".

VERY DISSAPOINTING SERVICE

NO CUSTOMER CENTRICITY AT INVESTGOLD
My portfolio investment has matured & guess what do date I still struggling to get my money back, let alone the interest accrued. The so called broker Cathy Botha didn't even read my email yet I called her.She said she will see who is dealing with my profile yet she was my broker when I invested.I think the disrespect is so appalling.The have disgusting attitude & lack of customer service from the staff right to management, at this point they don’t respond to my emails anymore. I require the money to take my daughter to unviversity yet they see no urgency in the matter,DO NOT INVEST WITH INVESTGOLD I regret the day I spent my money with this dishonest and ********* company.
