My portfolio investment has matured & guess what do date I still struggling to get my money back, let alone the interest accrued. The so called broker Cathy Botha didn't even read my email yet I called her.She said she will see who is dealing with my profile yet she was my broker when I invested.I think the disrespect is so appalling.The have disgusting attitude & lack of customer service from the staff right to management, at this point they don’t respond to my emails anymore. I require the money to take my daughter to unviversity yet they see no urgency in the matter,DO NOT INVEST WITH INVESTGOLD I regret the day I spent my money with this dishonest and ********* company.
Metropolitan Life sent has been sending me messages regarding my policy underwriter by them(my policy was the FNB career facility I took more that 20 years ago)that has matured and paid up since May this year.On the 8th I October I sent all the required documents by Metropolitan Life and have been trying to contact them without any luck and also left messages ti no avail.No one from Metropolitan Life has contacted me since sending the documents to info@metropolitan.co.za(Lesedi Ranawela).I am waiting for the pay out or some communication from
Tracking number RG009137187CN Package has been collected to the wrong person in Carletonville whilst I am in Pretoria and the address on the parcel.I hold SAPO fully responsible for this and request that they return my parcel as per the correct addressee and I have proof that this parcel was addressed to myself .
Multichoice has charged us for a holiday package that we requested to be deactivated for April and May months and now we have an outstanding amount of about R800 and also on our premium package.We explained to a lady called Naledi but they are insisting we have an outstanding balance and we now have to pay for a package we didn't use,and can't afford to pay 2 payments for packages,we paid for the premium package but multichoice hasn't activated this package yet..We request the reversal of the outstanding balance and our account to be up to date
I reported the car accident on the 29th April on the Momentum app and the note I got is that Momentum will call me to finalise the claim,On the 29th April I followed up with the call and the lady assisting me took down my details and told me that an agent will call me back.On the 30th April same thing happened, they took down my details and never called me back..Again on the 3rdvMay I called and same response that an agent will call but to no avail.I can't use my car because the front bumper is damaged and I need it to be fixed so that I can travel to work sites regularly,I pay my premiums every month but I am now be taken from pillar to post when I am trying to claim
I requested a quote from Pineapple Insurance for my car and was quoted about R 700 and when they did the the debit order mandate for approval,it was now R914 for policy no:...... and I declined this ,and now that I am calling them to enquire and cancel this ,I am not getting through and they have already deducted a pro rata amount for the comprehensive cover..I want to cancel this policy becausing this is scaming people in that they quote a lesser amount but they want to deduct a higher amount.

I took in my DJ system for repairs in February 2019 even today my system has been lying in the store and was never taken for repairs till today 1st April 2019.Seems no one wants to take resposibility yet it is equipment I bougth in the same store.Pathetic service
I recently made a claim on my momentum short term insurance after a house burglary and my music system was stolen.The matter was referred to the SAPS and I sent through the details of the all stolen items to Momentum on the 2nd November 2018.The claim was approved and on the 19th November 2018,the supplier chosen by Momentum contacted me regarding the claimed items but when I got to the supplier on the 21st November ,only 3 items were there and therefore had to pay the excess amount.I was under the impression that as per my claim all the items were there.I paid the excess amount however I told the supplier and even signed on the statement that the excess amount paid is under dispute as there were two items missing.I then requested a quotation of the outstanding items from the supplier,On the 22nd November 2018,I sent all the documents- for the excess payment and goods received together with the quotation for the misssing items.However the lady from Momentum(Mandisa) who was assisting me didnt even contact me regarding the outstanding items and I made contact with Momentum today and the lady who answered my call (Victoria)mentioned that matter still needs to go to management as the claim was closed.I am not happy with how this claim was handled and no courtesy at all for Momentum to contact me on the ommisison of some of the items I have claimed,and request that the 2 outstanding items be addressed accordingly.
I applied for an upgrade online two weeks ago.I am on my Top Up 200 and upgraded with the I Phone 6.The lady by the name of Hope Pasha finalized the upgrade over the phone.I have a reference number for this upgrade.The handset has not been delivered to this day yet the upgrade is active and the money will be debited on my account for this yet I have no handset.I called MTN Direct and have been taken from pillar to post when I request to speak to Hope to get clarification on when I will receive the handset.I have also given an alternative number where I can be contacted but have not received any communication from MTN not even an sms.I want MTN to resolve this matter as I am currently not having a proper handset to use and want MTN to deliver my contract phone,I am not sure why they are not even communicating on my contract number because it is available.I am tired of calling MTN Direct and not getting any help from them even Hope has supposedly been left messages but she is not getting back to me.
