Never in my life have I seen such bad after sales service. Returned my inverter last year November due to faulty batteries and it was still under warranty. Paid extra due to those not being in stock. They don’t answer my calls and if they do they only give excuses like management is in meetings or they will load my inverter today on the truck. Still waiting!! According to a sales person at Polokwane only walk in customers or customers who drive to them get’s first priority. Yesterday I was told that I will be called back in 30 min I am still waiting. Paid almost R10000 and an additional R2500 for something I don’t have. Paid R1118 for courier in December when they said my inverter is there , courier company delivered a lithium battery. Not even a thank you for informing them!! I arranged for the battery to reach it’s correct client.
