We Buy Cars / After Sales Service
I have never had such a bad experience in after sales service from a company then We Buy Cars. I purchased I vehicle from them which I am waiting for and their after sales service is none exciting. During my purchase the Manager from Epping We Buy Cars said he will give me discount on delivery which the Sales Person Wesley also said but never happened. I can't get hold of any of them for an update on my vehicle due to me staying far from Polokwane I must make arrangements. Numerous calls made to the call center which was said the sales person will call me "he never did". The manager at Epping informed me yesterday he will call me back "he never did". It seems the norm at We Buy Cars is to sell a vehicle and forget about the customer. I will never in my life buy a car from them or Epping We Buy Cars again NEVER. I am still waiting for my vehicle and update on where my vehicle is.

Poor Service
Never in my life have I seen such bad after sales service. Returned my inverter last year November due to faulty batteries and it was still under warranty. Paid extra due to those not being in stock. They don’t answer my calls and if they do they only give excuses like management is in meetings or they will load my inverter today on the truck. Still waiting!! According to a sales person at Polokwane only walk in customers or customers who drive to them get’s first priority. Yesterday I was told that I will be called back in 30 min I am still waiting. Paid almost R10000 and an additional R2500 for something I don’t have. Paid R1118 for courier in December when they said my inverter is there , courier company delivered a lithium battery. Not even a thank you for informing them!! I arranged for the battery to reach it’s correct client.
