The whole experience from start to finish went very smooth
The whole experience from start to finish went very smooth. From making my first contact at Kragdag, where I explained my requirement. Once I was ready to start we determined a date and eventually we could actually start drilling earlier at the end. When the team arrived early morning in Benoni, from start to finish they were all very professional and worked very well together. Each guy knew exactly what to do when. They are very well rigged out with all tools and well maintained equipment. I was kept up to date all through the process until we got the water. Well done Inyati group for a pleasant experience keep up the good work.

We hired Inyati to do borehole drilling they did a Geo survey and advised us to drill min 60m and Max 130m. They Didn't get to any water, after drilling up to 120m and after spending money with 0 results. The area does have water as tgere are other boreholes so it seems tge surveyor didn't do the riggr thing especially having drilled that far and no one advising that we should stop cause there isn't water. The manager was sent to site after we had expressed our disappointment and we wanted a solution. The fut was very rude and no one wants to take a y accountability now they're not even taking our calls. This is poor workmanship and ********* business practices

Who not to choose when drilling a domestic borehole
<p>I have had a 5 month relationship with Inyati Group, none of it good. A surveyer came to my property, assuremd me that the drill rig would fit my property. They arrived, trashed my paving, but could not fit the drill. Great surveyer yes?</p> <p>I waited for 3 months to get a smaller drill to my property. Each month was filled with an empty promise, no result. A week ago, I asked for my deposit back. I was assured at the time that I would get it ASAP. As of yet no deposit refund. They do not call you, just write emails, thanking you for your understanding.</p> <p>I have used EDRS today, they were great. I highly recommend them.</p>
