<div>Had to pay R1000.00 breakage fee. We were never told to fill in any invertory list. Got e-mails every day of our stay and afterwards, saying our payment does not reflect. I sent, pop’s and bank statements every time to prove payment went off on our side. They kept on saying I should contact my bank. Never got back to me on when payment actually reflected on their side. 2 Whole days after booking out, recieved e-mails every day, for 4 days, with one more thing broken or missing from our rooms. Tried to phone, but ***** is never available. She just kept harassing me with e-mails even after I said she could keep whole R1000.00 and I would not respond to any further e-mails. Had to block them!! </div>
