We had a very very bad expereimce and would not reccomend this place! There was a wedding party and bachelors at inyoni, the noise was unbairing we complained the 1st morning, 2nd evening even worse. Cochroaches in the apartment, shower water not working. So after we cut our holiday sgort of 2 nights because of bad bad management inyoni is not entertaining a refund at all!!

Totally overpriced, flats not very well maintained. We didn't sleep comfortable, mattress in the main bedroom was very hard and uncomfortable. Oven out of order, ceiling fans not in proper working conditions. We couldn't use the swimming pool because it was green, water restrictions. We had unwelcome guests in our flat, ****roaches.

<div>Had to pay R1000.00 breakage fee. We were never told to fill in any invertory list. Got e-mails every day of our stay and afterwards, saying our payment does not reflect. I sent, pop’s and bank statements every time to prove payment went off on our side. They kept on saying I should contact my bank. Never got back to me on when payment actually reflected on their side. 2 Whole days after booking out, recieved e-mails every day, for 4 days, with one more thing broken or missing from our rooms. Tried to phone, but ***** is never available. She just kept harassing me with e-mails even after I said she could keep whole R1000.00 and I would not respond to any further e-mails. Had to block them!! </div>

A holiday booking made for 26.04. 2022 Cancelled today - 34 days notice in advance- surly the will get an other booking- but still takes 5% cancellation fee and the admin fee The Admin fee is not my issue- its the almost R900 they keep because I canceled 34 Days in advance. I will not book with Inyoni Rocks again. Life happens and sometimes situations make us cancel or change our plans. Thanks for being unreasonable about it!

I had to make a booking for my family and i . after speaking to the manager KAREN BRAN my booking was confirmed all in order. all that was left for her to do was send me an email so i can make payment , after the whole day passes i phone back only to find out that my booking was not made and the suite i want are all taken . some how my booking was magical cancelled as soon as they heard my name and surname . true discrimination

<div>Our holiday was ruined by the unprofessional ladies that work in the office at Inyoni Rocks but luckily we got in contact with Anita the owner of unit 36 her number is ********** 363 she helped us with her unit which was everything we could ever hope for. Please do not rent through their office rather make contact with the private owners who is awesome to deal with. The place is extremely safe for children and the fact that the sleeping area is on the second floor makes it even better for those who want to sleep a bit late. I found the perfect place for my family. Even Maria who is cleaning the unit is such a sweetheart, I left my purse on the dining room table for the entire two weeks, my jewelry was on my dressing table and nothing but nothing got lost. Thank you Anita you are an angel.</div>

Privately owned unit. Very bad experience. Towels provided were torn. Shower door falling off. Other maintenance needed. Special prices advertised were not what they charged us. We still await our breakage deposit. Nearly 2 months. We left 2 days earlier than we booked for. Weve always enjoyed our stay there but other units. This was a very disappointed stay. They didnt even try to resolve problem to save a client and rather responded in a negative way. ....

Our dep was supposed to be paid back on the 16th of Aug. Nothing. On the 21st Aug I sent a mail asking where is my deposit? The 22nd of Aug I was told to send my bank info again for they moved office and can not get my paperwork?? And was told I will receive confirmation when it is paid in. On the 28th of aug they came back telling me that they had no internet!!! Already for a week... And still no dep yet? How can they have no Internet but they responded via email? And how do they do bookings in this time?? First it was not paid in then the paperwork was missing then they had no Internet... And still nothing in my account... Please explain then how did you do any business these last few weeks? And not internet. But still sending email....wow... I smell a rat....I am not allowed to book in if you did not get paid yet...but now??? Where is my money??/and service? So you had to shut down the whole place? NO NO NO!! Where is these owners?/do they know what is going on??? We all know by now those "incharge" the trustees do not care!!!! Have seen this before... And still where is the dep?? Why must we accept this but you will not???!!!! Shame on Inyoni rock cabanas I have seen on hello peter the last complain of just deductions of money…..I had the same problem last time as well. We are also old visitors of them … it is been our holiday home for more than 23 years… but it is crystal clear because of bad management by the trustees it is going down the drain fast !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our dep was supposed to be paid back on the 16th of Aug. Nothing. On the 21st Aug I sent a mail asking where is my deposit? The 22nd of Aug I was told to send my bank info again for they moved office and can not get my paperwork?? And was told I will receive confirmation when it is paid in.
