Privately owned unit. Very bad experience. Towels provided were torn. Shower door falling off. Other maintenance needed. Special prices advertised were not what they charged us. We still await our breakage deposit. Nearly 2 months. We left 2 days earlier than we booked for. Weve always enjoyed our stay there but other units. This was a very disappointed stay. They didnt even try to resolve problem to save a client and rather responded in a negative way. ....
We bought a adsl wifi modem and installation 18 October 2017 from Telkom Kolonade Retail Park. Received great service their...and promised installation within 7 to 14 days. We paid all due costs as requested and advised sales lady we cancelled our other wifi service to join Telkom so we need new service asap. My daughter was busy with exams and neefed it.....Until now 18 December 2017all we have received was sms 's advising technicians are coming and then follow up sms to rate service. We have called customer care numerous times with promises to solve the problem. Everytime they make an appointment they dont pitch or have excuses. Today once again they promised service will be connected today problems with broken pole and cables solved but....again we waited and cancelled all our plans to be there and no one pitched.....we have spend over R1000 on calls and data and still no service?????No one even called to advise not coming as usual. We have been with Telkom over 20 years and this is how they treat you....very disappointed. Costing us a lot loading prepaid airtime and data due to their lack of installing our package. Please help...!@!@
