Why is absa deducted my homeloan account before 1 of the month?? This happens almost every month now. Now again 29 January deduct. The 1 February is Sunday ‼️‼️‼️‼️ This is BS‼️‼️‼️ This is not the agreement ‼️‼️‼️😡😡😡😡😡

Absa don't even deserve 1 star After 4 weeks applying for a Homeloan Making us running around more for documents ever second day. They declined my application. I have so many properties that I don't own on any. I was also informed that I was 9 months behind on a Capitec account. That is a lie.!!!Capitec deducted the cc themselves automatically every month 🤬🤬🤬 I don't even owe Capitec them anything . My ct rating is great All the issues for R300 000. Unfortunately I don't have a friend at absa, friends with out any collateral get loans for more than R300 000. But I am a risk owning all the properties with no debt. The complain department is also a joke!!! This is clearly ************** 🤬 Clearly they DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS Wake up your ABSA IS A DISGRACE

I have loan it ww for years . Now suddenly you want me to apply again. Have have this loan with ww for years I did pay it of last year. As before. Now i have to make a application again?????? In the beginning of 2022 after encountering problems , I got confirmation on email from the founder of the company , Nick Ad**** that the guarantee is not just one year , but three years. After encountering other issues thereafter , I am starting to realise that this is all one big joke. I payed R70 000 for a bed that is supposed to be the “Ferrari” of beds , especially because of the functions it has to support medical problems , but the parts are very far from a Ferrari bed, more like cheap Chinese made bad quality pieces from the local guy on the corner of the street. I had multiple occasions where the vibration of the bed had stopped working or made horrible noises (aside from the vibration sounds). The company would send people out to come and replace the mattress with a brand new one , and within a couple of months , we had problems AGAIN with the brand new mattress (vibration). The other side of the bed we barely ever use , and suddenly 3 out of the 5 vibration points had just randomly stopped working. This is an absolute disgrace to think that you pay so much for a bed , but the parts do not last , even after being replaced by a brand new one!! After already getting confirmation of a 3 year guarantee , for the first time we had problems with the other side of the bed (which is not used often) , suddenly Shelton informed me that I have to pay and it is not under guarantee (this after we had the other side mattress replaced only a few weeks earlier). After his attitude and bad manners toward me as a customer , he then told me that he would send me an email the same day so that I can forward the email to him from the founder, Mr Ad**** , confirming the guarantee. Today is more than 2 WEEKS later and I am still waiting for this email to be sent to me from Shelton!!? After basically an argument between me and Shelton because of his childish attitude , Shelton still had absolutely no idea even who Mr Ad**** is!!

Think before supporting this company. When you share the truth about Health Care Mobility Africa they just removed the truth from fb and block you. Because they think people in SA is stupid! You can keep on removing the truth.. But I will make sure people learn the truth about this company selling bed for R80 000. While the service and quality is not existing at Health Care Mobility Africa!!! Even the owner Nick Ad****. Gives you 3 years guaranteed and I have proof..
