I have ordered a car bumper with an order no. #202541 which was confirmed to in stock few hours after placing an order it was cancelled. I have not received a refund from this company instead they are billing my account for an item that they cancelled. This must be a ****.

Do they actually import it all or NOT
What proof do I have that it is actually imported from the US? Paid R2,999 for Giant foam blocks which I only realized afterwards is available in South Africa for R506. Now I have to pay R1049 handling fee for requesting a refund. I smell a rat. Never using this company ever again.
