Useless Vodacom
Vodacom Shop Protea Glen. The most useless service ever, after days of trying to get assistance with my Sim swap the consultant hardly tried to assist me. They kept saying there's an issue with my number and they can't assist. No escalation nothing I was left to figure it out on my own as if I work there. It has been an awful service both from the shop and vodacom itself, I am still without my number cause apparently there's an issue with my number that I have been using more than 10 years.

****MERS GUARDRISK AND THEIR FRIEND VIVA COVER
Stay away from Guardrisk and their syndicate Viva cover Cellphone Insurance. Biggest ****mers and rejecting claims because my life was not at risk. According to them any device must only be taken by force for them to honor the claim. What crazy business is that? what is the whole purpose of having comprehensive insurance? Stay Away......

FRUUGO IS A ****. STAY AWAY.
Hi, Everyone please stay away from this company. It's a ****, you will wait for ever for your delivery with no communication and you can't even get hold of them. Please please do not use Fruugo. It's been a month my order has been in transit til today with no communication. PLEASE STAY AWAY

WORST SERVICE EVER.
The worst service ever, at first I thought everything will come right 4 weeks down the line my cellphone claim is still nowhere to be solved. Its always the claim has been escalated to the underwriter or whatever. Its a joke to think I have been paying my premiums without fail, im lost for words.
