What is wrong with Bidvest Virtual Branch, I been trying to get through since this morning it's 16:30 still can't get through. I ran out of airtime I had to keep on recharging because of holding on so long...this is unacceptable I send emails to the Virtual Branch with no luck in feedback. Is there something wrong how can it take a whole day to get through
Good day I am highly disappointed in the level of service from Cash Crusaders Florida We have been customers for many years. We use the whatsapp platform which is easy to communicate. I have send cashcrusaders messages regarding my item when the interest was paid there was no contract given but only a receipt. When I send a message the very same day I got no response. Yesterday and today I asked about but still no reply this has been happening more often. The person goes online bit don't read my messages at all...how can you do this to customers. I have proof This is the worse service ever should I lose my item I will keep them responsible. In 2 days you don't answer the customers enquiry
Bad Customer Service. Been days now just waiting for my Ozow payment to be credited. I have send the proof of payment bur still no response from Supabets. Problems don't get solved
Very bad Experience it's been now since I done a payment, and yet dischem cannot allocate the payment even after sending the proof of payment from my bank how is possible, No feedback on emails they just ignore your emails...Customer Service is very disappointing
Worst experience ever, no customer support. Sending numerous emails regarding my order which they are saying that my card has been flagged. I have ordered before from them before. I have not received any feedback, yet I send them the proof of payment worse customer service
Yet another Ozow payment not credited. Support agents no help at all..why does this keep on happening. Why asked for proof of payment when you have no intention of sorting out the enquire. This is getting really ridiculous now.
Another 2 Ozow payments that has not been credited, no feedback....payment on the 2nd of October and on the 3rd. Supabets really don't follow up on enquiries. Unless you enquire about, and it still doesn't get sorted out.
The same problem with Ozow payments that has not been credited, it's almost a week now no feedback from supabets. This service is terrible the agents only reply by saying it's been send to the revelant department, after that no one does any follow up...This is highly unprofessional..They ask for proof of payment but when you send it, you don't get any feedback
